Mr. Acar built his initial career success in high-level managerial positions at globally recognized enterprises, including Arçelik A.Ş., BEKO Poland S.A., Sunbelt, and NBB Advisors. This experience provided him with extensive hands-on expertise in navigating international business environments, driving operational performance, and mastering the financial dynamics of large, complex organizations. His tenure in these varied roles cultivated a deep understanding of market penetration strategies, cross-border operations, and sustainable growth planning.

Leveraging his deep corporate background, Mr. Acar successfully transitioned into entrepreneurship to provide specialized financial services. In 2015, he established IF & PARTNERS, a corporate financing company dedicated to structuring capital solutions and enhancing financial stability for clients. Following this success, he founded VALURA in 2017, focusing on strategic advisory services related to business valuation and M&A readiness.
