Stefano is an M&A-Investment Banker, strategic consultant for companies, multinationals, investors, and governmental institutions, with over 15 years of international experience.

He studied Law and subsequently enrolled at the Lord Ashcroft International Business School (LAIBS), the business school of Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge, United Kingdom. Stefano obtained a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA), a second Master’s Degree in Accounting and Finance (MSc) from the University of Gloucestershire in the United Kingdom, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Accounting and Finance and one in Business Strategy from the ABE (Association of Business Practitioners, London, UK), an Executive Diploma in Mergers And Acquisitions from Imperial College Business School, London, UK, and many other certifications in Corporate Finance, Assets Management, and Business & Project Development.
He currently holds the position of Senior Partner within the M&A Investment Banking & Corporate Finance Advisory team. His principal mandate is the execution and supervision of complex extraordinary M&A finance operations.
He strategically manages relationships with a primary clientele, including strategic and financial investors, Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWI), Family Offices, Private Equity Funds, as well as the banking, institutional, and governmental institutions.
Stefano boasts deep expertise in Investment Banking, focused particularly on Cross-Border Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Leveraged Buyout (LBO), and Capital Markets. His key competencies include advanced financial modelling and the application of rigorous valuation methodologies (such as DCF, Multiples, Comparable analysis), with a specific focus on “M&A Roll-Up” strategies, M&A Origination & Execution, Carve-Out, Spin-Off, and NASDAQ SPAC operations.
He plays a central role in the structuring of complex transactions, supported by extensive experience in Acquisition Finance and the management of various capital types, including Debt (including Mezzanine instruments) and Equity.
He is an expert in Swiss regulation concerning FINMA regulated companies, with a particular focus on the sectors of Asset Management, Trusts, and Portfolio Managers. He is also an expert in the Corporate sector and the formation of vehicles such as SICAV-RAIF funds, Master Feeder Funds, and securitization instruments like Actively Managed Certificates (AMC), Bonds, and Trackers.
Stefano is registered on the register of Advisors of the Vienna Chamber of Commerce and is an active Member of the Swiss Private Equity & Corporate Finance Association.
