Transaction Terms & Valuation

The current sole shareholder is open to discussing a majority stake acquisition or a full 100% buyout, pegged against the same baseline valuation and subject to terms agreed upon during negotiations.

The capital injection does not serve legacy debt service; it acts entirely as growth working capital to expand player payroll (+CHF 300,000) and operational budgets required to achieve promotion.
