Responsibilities
This is a remote internship role for an Investment Banking / M&A Intern at MergersCorp M&A International. The Intern will be involved in day-to-day tasks related to financial modeling, due diligence, investment analysis, and other analytical activities within the realm of investment banking and M&A.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills and Financial Modeling proficiency
- Experience or interest in Finance and Investments
- Knowledge of Due Diligence processes
- Strong academic background in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Previous internship or coursework in Investment Banking or M&A is a plus
Educations
University Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship
