Mandy’s practice focuses on guiding clients through the complexities of cross-border transactions and international business development, with a particular emphasis on the Greater China and Asia-Pacific markets. She currently holds advisory roles at the ZhongGuanCun Unicorn Alliance (中关村独角兽企业发展联盟) and the Association of Chinese Entrepreneurs in Poland, Chongqing Representative Office (波中侨商联合会), where she plays a key role in crafting innovative transaction structures and providing strategic insights to unicorns, quasi-unicorns, and enterprise clients. Mandy holds a degree in Hotel Management from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and has further enhanced her expertise with a Master Certificate in Revenue Management from Cornell University. She is currently pursuing an Executive MBA.
